Connected jukebox · Bars, cafés, pubs

Your guests pick the music. You keep the final say.

A QR code on the table, a suggestion from the phone, an approval at the bar. The song goes to the venue’s sound system, with no app and no customer account.

  • Nothing to install
  • Every song approved by your team
  • Your playlists, your sound system: nothing changes

Your team serves drinks, not music

Fewer “can you put on…” at the bar

Requests land on the bar screen instead of interrupting service. One click to approve, one click to decline.

A room that joins in

Tables watch their song move up the queue, vote if you want them to, and stay to hear it.

The vibe stays yours

Nothing plays without your approval. Your rules decide what plays, when, and how often.

How it works

Three steps, for guests and for the team.

  1. The guest scans their table’s QR code

The page opens in the phone’s browser. They search for a title or an artist and suggest it. No app, no account, no email address.

  2. The bar approves or declines

The suggestion shows up at the bar with the table that made it. Turn on vote mode and the other tables give their opinion for 60 seconds.

  3. It plays across the room

The approved song joins the bar’s Spotify queue. The room screen shows what’s playing, what’s next and what has already played.

Try the demo bar

You are sitting at table 4 of “Le Comptoir”, an imaginary bar. Suggest a song from the phone, then step behind the bar to approve it. Other tables suggest songs too.

Demo running in your browser: playback is simulated and sped up, no sound is played. Waiting times are shortened to a few seconds.

The room suggests. You decide.

Everything is set from the bar, live, during service.

Team approval

By default, every suggestion waits for “Approve” or “Decline”. Nothing reaches the speakers on its own.

Vote mode

Turn it on for 15 or 30 minutes: each suggestion goes to the other tables for 60 seconds, and you see the result before deciding.

Time between suggestions

30 minutes per table by default, adjustable from 0 to 24 hours, so one table cannot take over the evening.

VIP tables

A shorter wait (10 minutes by default) and, if you like, automatic approval for VIP tables.

Long tracks blocked

Songs longer than 5 minutes can be declined automatically.

A queue you can reorder

Move an approved song up or down to keep the evening’s pace.

Three screens, one tool

The guest’s phone

Search, suggest and follow the status live: waiting, being voted on, accepted, playing.

The bar

Pending suggestions, approved queue, vote mode, rules and Spotify connection, with an online guide for the team.

The room screen

On a TV or tablet: the current song, what’s next and the latest played, updated in real time.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to install an app?

No. The QR code opens a web page in the phone’s browser. No app, no account, no email address.

What if someone suggests anything at all?

You decline it in one click. The waiting time between suggestions, the long-track block and vote mode also limit abuse.

How much time does it take the team?

One click per suggestion. VIP tables can skip approval, and vote mode lets the room sort for you.

What equipment is needed?

Nothing new: the bar’s Spotify Premium account, the device already connected to your sound system and your guests’ phones. For the room screen, a TV or tablet with a browser is enough.

What about music broadcasting rights?

As for any music played in a public place, the licence (Unisono in Belgium) remains the venue’s responsibility. Votune does not replace it.

Which languages does the guest interface offer?

French, English, Romanian and Albanian. Guests choose their language on the page.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the size of your venue. Write to us with your venue’s name and number of tables and we will send you a clear price.

Shall we talk?

Tell us where your venue is and how many tables you have. We will reply by email with a price and a set-up proposal.
